How do I place an order?

​​For individual orders you can purchase on our online shop and we will ship right to your door. For larger orders, please contact us directly at hello@blackstrap.ca so that we can provide you with a quote and process your order.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

For individual orders you can check out safely and securely on our website with Paypal. If you would prefer to pay with a different method please contact us directly at hello@blackstrap.ca

We ship by Canada Post Express Post service. For orders outside Canada and the United States please contact us for a rate quote.

 

 

Purchase and Return Policy

 

We would be happy to exchange or return your item if you are unhappy with it for any reason as long as it is unused and in original packaging. The item must be returned to Blackstrap Industries within 60 days of the date purchased. If it is received after 60 days, a credit note with be issued. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Shipping costs to send out the new item with be covered by Blackstrap Industries.
